Cancellation Policy
I have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.
Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved especially for you. They are my livelihood. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore I respectfully request a 24 hour notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Less than 24 hour notice will result in the loss of your down payment used to hold your appointment.
